These terms govern your use of the Coloring Hub app ("the app"). By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms. The app is intended to be set up and supervised by a parent or guardian for children aged 3–8.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.
The app offers optional one-time purchases to unlock additional content packs, including an "unlock all packs" bundle. There are no subscriptions. All purchases are processed by your app store (the Apple App Store or Google Play) and are subject to that store's terms. Purchases are protected by a parental gate. Refunds are handled according to the relevant app store's refund policy.
All content in the app — including artwork, characters, stories, audio, and software — is owned by Çimen Digital or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from this content except as expressly permitted.
You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to circumvent the app's purchase or parental-gate mechanisms, and not to use the app in any unlawful manner.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Çimen Digital is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
We may update these terms; the current version is posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
