Privacy Policy

1. About the App

This privacy policy explains how the mobile coloring app Unicornly handles user privacy. The app is intended for children ages 3 to 8 and is published by individual developer Murat Çimen.

2. Data Collection

Unicornly does not ask you to create an account or profile, and it never asks for your name, email address, or any other personal details. There are no text-entry fields for personal information anywhere in the app.

Coloring progress, unlocked items, rewards, placed stickers and frames, and finished artwork are stored locally on your device. The developer does not upload your content to any developer-owned server.

Depending on your device and operating-system settings, app data may be included in the platform's system backup, such as a cloud backup managed by your device. This backup is handled by the operating system under its own terms; the developer has no access to it.

3. Advertising

The app shows user-initiated rewarded ads through Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). The app is configured for child-directed treatment with a "G" content rating, and ads are served without personalization.

The advertising-identifier permission has been removed from the Android app. The App Tracking Transparency permission is not requested on iOS.

Even with these settings, Google may process limited data to deliver ads and keep the service working, such as IP address and approximate region, device and app information, ad interactions, and diagnostic data. This processing happens under Google's own privacy practices: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

The developer is not directly provided with the raw IP address, device identifiers, or diagnostic records described above. Aggregated advertising reports, such as ad requests, impressions, and performance totals, may be available to the developer through AdMob.

3a. Consent and Privacy Choices

The app is configured for child-directed, non-personalized advertising and does not enable personalized ads. Where the law of your region requires it (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland), a privacy message provided by Google may be shown before a rewarded ad is loaded, and a "Privacy options" entry may appear in the app's Settings so that this choice can be reviewed later.

Ads remain non-personalized regardless of the choice made in that message. If no such message is required in your region, none is shown.

4. Children's Privacy

The app is intended for children ages 3 to 8. It does not require an account or personal-data entry, does not enable personalized advertising, and places purchases, sharing and settings behind an additional verification step intended for adults. Advertising-related data processing is described in section 3.

5. Security

The developer does not maintain its own user-account or personal-profile database. Data processed by the operating system, app store, and Google Mobile Ads is governed by the security and privacy practices of those services.

6. Changes

This privacy policy may be updated when the app, applicable services or legal requirements change. The Last Updated date will be revised, and the updated text will be included in a future app version.

7. Contact

For questions about this privacy policy, contact the developer at: info@cimendigital.com

8. In-App Purchases

The app offers one optional one-time purchase ("Remove Ads"). The transaction is processed entirely by the app store you downloaded the app from; the developer never receives your payment details. The app keeps only a local record that the purchase is active; your transaction history lives in your store account and can be used to restore the purchase.

9. Analytics

The developer has not integrated a separate first-party analytics or crash-reporting SDK. Google Mobile Ads may process advertising interactions and diagnostics as described in section 3.
