These Terms apply to the adult app-store account holder who downloads Yummoria or allows a child to use it. By downloading, installing, making a purchase through, or allowing a child to use the app, that adult agrees to these Terms. Children should use the app with adult supervision.
These Terms supplement the terms and standard end-user license agreement of the app store from which Yummoria was obtained. They do not replace mandatory app-store terms or statutory consumer rights.
Yummoria is a tap-to-color mobile app intended for children ages 3 to 8. The adult account holder receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the applicable app-store rules.
The app, its raw templates, software, music, branding and other protected assets may not be copied, extracted, modified, sold or redistributed except where permitted by applicable law or a relevant third-party license.
Coloring progress, unlocked items, rewards and artwork state are stored locally on the device. Deleting the app, changing devices or changing system-backup settings may affect locally stored progress.
A qualifying in-app purchase may be restored through the applicable app store using the same store account, subject to network availability, store authentication and platform rules.
Some content can be accessed through user-initiated rewarded ads. Ad requests are configured for child-directed treatment, a maximum "G" content rating and non-personalized advertising.
Ad delivery, content and availability are provided through Google Mobile Ads and may depend on the network, device, region and advertising inventory. An ad is not guaranteed to be available every time.
Yummoria offers one optional, non-consumable, one-time purchase called "Remove Ads."

Purchase initiation is placed behind an additional parental verification step. Payment, transaction history, authentication, refunds and restoration are handled by the app store from which the app was downloaded and are subject to that store's rules.
Users may color and share finished artwork through the device's system sharing options for personal, non-commercial purposes.
This permission does not include extracting or redistributing the app's raw coloring templates, source assets, music, code or branding, or using those materials commercially without permission.
Yummoria's original artwork, branding, software and first-party content are owned by or licensed to the developer. Third-party software, services, trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their own terms and licenses.
The developer may maintain, update, modify or discontinue app features when reasonably necessary. The developer does not guarantee that advertising, store services, restoration or other network-dependent features will always be available.
Use of the app is also subject to the Yummoria Privacy Policy available inside the app. The Privacy Policy explains local storage, advertising-related data processing, purchases and applicable platform services.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. The developer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights, warranties or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer law.
These Terms may be updated when the app, applicable services or legal requirements change. The Last Updated date will be revised, and the updated text will be included in a future app version.
